The Prime Minister has set a time limit for when the referendum on independence is held, with the SNP saying David Cameron needs to stop interfering with Scottish democracy. In other news: trading of shares in Rangers has been suspended after a delay in publishing the club's audited accounts; pupils in the West Highlands travelled to school by train this morning after landslides forced a road closure; Scotland's Liver Transplant Unit has been awarded extra funding to allow it to carry out more operations; and in sport, Scottish Cup holders Celtic will face a trip to Inverness or Dunfermline in the next round of the competition.
