Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond says the Lockerbie bomber should be allowed to die in peace. In other news: a Buckie man's had his arm amputated after being run over by a train at Perth Station; police have named a seventy three year old man who died in a fire in Ross-shire at the weekend; a ground breaking ceremony has taken place at the site of a one hundred million pound business park development next to Aberdeen Airport.
